Remove Keynote Color Swatches

This has been bothering me since two updates ago, but I FINALLY found a solution!!

Drag the unwanted swatch into the desktop trashcan.

Can you believe it's so easy?? I am kicking myself that I didn't think of trying this months ago. I hope it works for you!!!

I find the easiest way to remove a colour from the colour well is:

•. Click on one of the empty spaces (e.g. to the Right of the yellow you have selected)

• This results in the larger sample (to the left of the eye dropper tool) taking on no colour

• Click-and-drag the larger sample onto any of the coloured areas in the colour well

My reply said to select one of the blank cells then drag FROM THE AREA next to the eye-dropper onto one of the coloured cells.

The above method when followed exactly works for me.

NOTE I did NOT drag a blank cell over a coloured cell.
