Quicktime 7 Pro Registration Keys

My question is, do they work. I find some of those old Pro Registration keys useful. I looked for my original keys, and found the invoice from Apple with the key on it, that dated back to 2005. Yes. I typed in the number, but I couldn't activate it. Is it now dead? I kept used X and 7 side by side for years. I'm a bit disappointed by this.

I solved it. I put in a Registration Key from 2005, which I found in my e-mail. It seemed not to work. I wrote this response and looked for others. Just to check, I went back to Quicktime 7. It had worked. I didn't seem to be happy at first, but I quit and restarted, and all is well., So the answer is, it must work, probably only for a little while. It's such a do-it-yourself, simple kit. It's the only player on the market that shows such complete info, that shows accurate time-code if you want, or frame numbers. Please, Apple. Sometimes even Pros need the simpler solution.
