Downgrade iPhone 5s to iPhone 5

My iPhone 5s is giving me trouble and I decided to use an iPhone 5 one of my family memebrs used to use. I´ve been an mindful user, making backups in iTunes and iCloud for future emergencies. When I started set up, I wanted to use my iTunes backup, but it said that the new iPhone iOS was too old and I needed to upgrade to continue. When I checked, iPhone 5 DID NOT support iOS 11, and now I can´t restore my new iPhone to my commodities. How can I do to get my stuff back. I´m tired of all this "Apple Aristocracy"; the company is forcing you to buy yourself the newest iPhone. Give me a solution now!

You can't. It is not possible to restore a backup made with a newer version of iOS to a device running an older version. The iPhone 5 became obsolete almost a year an a half ago. You can still sync any data store in iCloud or another cloud service to it... contacts, calendar, notes, etc. and you can re-install any apps you had that are still available from the app store, but in app data that was backed up from a device running iOS 11 to a device running iOS 10. This is nothing new. It's been like this for well over 10 years now.
