Compatibility of Adonit Pixel with newest iPad Pro (10.5 in screen)?

Has anyone noticed an issue with using the Adonit Pixel with the latest version of the iPad Pro?

I had been using the Pixel with my older iPad 4 without any issues. But after gettign the latest iPad Pro, I now find the Pixel has instances of “skipping ink” and on other touches fails to get a response from the iPad Pro. It happens with a couple of applications that I use for writing and drawing.

I note that now the Adonit website in their advertising pages does not list the iPad Pro as among the Pixel compatible iPad platforms, though it does state it is compatible in their Pixel FAQ support page.

I have posted the question to Adonit several days ago, and have not yet gotten a reply. So I am here seeking some crowd-sourced info.

The older Adonit Pixel does NOT work or will not work well with the 2nd gen iPad Pro models due to the new screen tech and 120 Hz refresh rate of the screen of the new iPad Pro models.

The original Adonit Pixel still works with the 1st gen, 12.9 inch screen iPad Pro and 9.7 inch screen iPad Pro models, but NOT ANY of the new, 2nd gen iPad Pro versions.

You need to purchase the new Adonit Pixel Pro which is compatible with ALL iPad Pro models to date.

The new Adonit Pixel Pro stylus are NOW specific to iPad Pro models only.
