Profile Photo (Avatar) NOT APPEARING on Apple ID in Settings on iOS 11

This bugs makes my profile picture dissapears on my Apple ID section over the Settings app.

When I open Settings, I only see the initials of my name "SO" instead of my profile photo on Apple ID.

And then, when I tap over my Apple ID... the photo appears again:

I have this problem on:

• iPhone SE 64 GB
• iPad Air 2 64 GB

Both products are correctly updated with the latest software iOS 11.2.5.

I think that the best solution for Apple might be change the location of the images, allowing users to save the Apple ID profile pictures on the device itself (with no Internet conection), instead of the iCloud servers.
