I can’t make app purchases

I have family sharing. My kids are able to download apps. I can’t download apps. It tells me I can’t use the payment information. I have checked & all payment information is correct. We have used family sharing for years. We started getting iTunes charges that were not ours. I talked to itunes and our credit card company. Both suggested at the time we should cancel our card. We are now using the new credit card information. I am the only one that cant download apps. It tells me I can’t use this payment information. I have an iPhone 7 Plus ios 11.1.2
