I have a 2009 13" MacBook Pro that was taken back to factory settings to wipe out all data. Without registering it back with my personal information, is there any way to find out what it's specs are?

Same as they were at the time it was made: MacBook (13-inch, Late 2009) - Technical Specifications. The specs don't change. What is it you are asking?
Speed, memory, etc. Anything I can share with it’s next owner. I bought it new in 2009 but don’t remember everything. What do you consider the most important features?
