How to get rid off this Kernel_Task

Dear Fellows,

I am facing this problem for almost 3 days, I tried every possibility mentioned on every forum.

Like, reset SMC, PRAM, NVRAM and also delete extension from /System/Library/..., also make a .bak file of the model identifier, but still this KERNEL_TASK using my MEMORY and CPU.

3 days earlier it's working perfectly. What I did that sudden my display goes off due to moisture and I opened my MacBook, dry it and everything is now normal except this KERNEL_TASK.
