Kernel task

My $6000 fully maxed macbook pro 16in is almost useless due to frequent kernel tasks using all the cpu. Paid sessions and live shows have been ruined due to this when it is connected to an external monitor. Ive tried everything. Resetting, reinstalling, switching ports etc etc. nothing is working. This happens 2-3 times a day. Everything is laggy.

My MBP 16 is easily the worst apple product that I have ever owned and it feels like I have owned them all. The loss in productivity and the lack of a fix for this have diminished my confidence in Apple. How did I purchase a top-of-the-line product that runs like a piece of crap? So disappointed in Apple. The hours I have wasted over the past two years attempting to fix it or having to deal with it reduce my laptop to something that resembles a 1992 386 computer is unbearable.
