I accidentally called a scam number.

I got one of those scams on safari telling me I had a virus and to call Apple so being stupid I called the number and it came up as “92764648478725378225527753” in my recents and I’m worried my phone is going to get hacked, please help lol

If you called them but didn't give them any information, there's nothing to worry about. Delete the number from recents.

If you didn't give them any information, you don't have anything to worry about. Simply calling a number can't hack your phone.

I had this happen as well. A pop up showed and options were to cancel or call. Safari became unresponsive after hitting cancel. It was stuck on that screen so I just hit call. I hung up but safari was still stuck. I later figured out to do this: Go to Settings --> Safari and tap “Clear History” and “Clear Cookies and Data” then restart your phone instead of trying to close out the pop up.
