is there a way to ask for more gesture of goodwill. I had my MacBook Pro lost twice on delivery and after 2 and half months I finally got it and the advisor said she would give me £50 gesture of goodwill voucher to use on my MacBook Pro case. I obviously want more for the inconvenience so who shall I contact

If you're unhappy, then contact Apple and speak to someone in customer relations.
I did but they said can’t give anymore compensation even though other advisors who were dealing said that I would get compensation for the phone bills which costed while I was contacted them.
