Ripoff?

I just arranged through chat to ship a laptop for repair, got notification from PayPal of a charge. Apple page says "This purchase doesn't have a receipt." I have AppleCare, as far as I know there should be no charge. Anyone know what they are up to?

MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 10.15
