my shuttle stopped working on my iphone

For some reason my "shuffle" icon does NOT turn to the deeper red on main screen showing my albums, artists, songs, etc., BUT on the "play screen" below the bar showing how far I'm into the playing song does in fact go into the deeper red as I'm shuffling. And @ that same position, I FINALLY found the "repeat" icon. When I finally found the repeat icon, it was in fact the deeper red. How THAT happened I do NOT know but as soon as I pressed the light colored shuffle icon, I was back in business & it then turned to the deeper red, the shuffle icon that is. I have pics of what I'm trying to say here if anyone wants to see. And I will TRY to answer any questions. Hope this HELPS!?

I resolved my problem. So HOW do I delete THIS question?
