what is triangle with exclamation point inside on my mailboxes list mean?

In my Mac Mail program, on the left side where there is the listing on Inbox, Flagged, Sent, etc., I keep having a triangle symbol with an exclamation point inside show on all of the iCloud and Googlemail mailboxes. This just started showing up. what does this mean, and how do I get it to stop?
