Force Quit Safari ( command + option + esc keys).Then restart Safari holding the Shift key. If you still have problems Empty Caches (Safari menu > Preferences > Privacy > Remove all website data. Thanks...I ended up downloading the malware program and it sorted everything out and was able to delete the files which was causing the problem, only took me about 5 minutes too
