Move, stand, and exercise animation gone

When I competed my daily goal a fire ring animation color corresponding to the activity completed would appear on the face. For example, if the ‘stand’ goal was met, a blue fire ring would appear. I don’t know if the last update has anything to do with it, but it’s gone now. Here is a pic of what I’m referring to.

User uploaded fileAnyone else have this problem? Is there a way to bring this back on my watch?

Hi

The following steps may help:

If you have not yet done so, update your iPhone and Apple Watch to the latest software, starting with your iPhone:

On your iPhone, in the Watch app, go to: My Watch (tab) > Passcode:

  • Check that Wrist Detection is turned on and that, if passcode is enabled, you are unlocking your Apple Watch after placing it on your wrist.

On your iPhone, in the Watch app, go to: My Watch > Activity:

  • Check that Goal Completions and Daily Coaching are each enabled.

On your iPhone, in the Watch app, go to: My Watch > Notifications:

  • Turn off Notification Privacy.

Check your audio and haptic and settings, including for Do Not Disturb Mode and Silent Mode:

On your iPhone, in the Watch app, to go: My Watch > Health.

  • If the setting for Wheelchair currently states "Not Set", then tap on Edit (upper-right) > tap on "Not Set" and change it to "Yes" or "No" as appropriate (options are shown in the bottom area of the screen) > tap on Done (upper-right).

Restart both your iPhone and Apple Watch, turning both off together and then restarting your iPhone first:

If the issue persists, then I suggest that you contact Apple Support (remote diagnostics and/or mail-in service may be available, if required), make a Genius Bar reservation or visit an Apple Authorised Service Provider for assistance:
