iPhone SE Battery Usage Disappeared

On my iphone SE the battery usage disappeared. Just out of the blue. I restarted the device to no avail. I just updated to the latest software, 11.2.5, and it still says "battery information will be available after using iphone for a few minutes." When this first appreared earlier today, I had "used my phone" for 6 hours of usage and almost 48 of standby, so I don't know what the heck that is supposed to mean. I KNOW what the apple robots will say, restart your phone, then make sure you have a backup (are you familiar with how to do that?) and then reinstall the ios software. Well, I JUST INSTALLED THRE LATEST UPDATE, so why should I even have to do any of that? I'm really tired of apple. Why would the battery usage just disappear. It was there earlier today, BEFORE I DID THE SOFTWARE update. So, nothing to do with that. I only updated the software just IN CASE that might fix it. OBVIOUSLY a bug. But even though there is an APPLE store in my town, you are no longer able to make a genius bar appt.

If the battery usage doesn't show up within a few more hours, try the following.

1. Do a hard reset. Hold the power and home buttons until your phone restarts. Keep holding both buttons until your iPhone restarts and you see an Apple logo in the middle of the screen.

2. If this doesn't resolve the issue, reset your phone settings. Settings / general.

Scroll down to the bottom. Reset / reset all settings.

N.B. This will delete all of your saved wifi connections and Bluetooth pairings.
