how to downgrade to ios 9 from ios 10.3.3

I use my iPhone 5c as an iPod now as the music app is much easier to use than ios10. Also my benchmark score has gone down drastically after updating it.

Downgrade is never supported.

And there is nothing in iOS 10.3.3 that would slow down your iPhone.
