Lost debit card for iCloud payments, how do I inform them?

I have lost my debit card and will be receiving a new one to put back on file for my ICloud storage payments, iCloud tried taking out my payment today and could not because it is turned off due to the fact that it is lost, how do I inform the iCloud payments department of this?
