Playing Firestorm Game ...I am receiving this error message before login.

"We are unable to decode the file storing your saved login credentials. At this point saving or deleting credentials will erase all those that were previously stored. This may happen when you change network setup. Restarting the viewer with previous network configuration may help recovering your saved login credentials."

I have removed the game completely from my laptop the correct way, and downloaded a fresh, clean version, but this message is there again...i have played this game since 2013 with 3 new Macs...did not have this problem before. I am not techie, so an answer will need to be rather simple for me...thanks!

I had a few things happen...the hard drive in my old computer is twice the size of the one in my new one....the hard drive was not the problem that caused the purchase of a new one. I had a local shop swap out the hard drives for me. Once home, I went through the procedure outlined in the Firestorm instructions...With it you cannot just drag the app to the trash..as they said (Macs hide files!) Anyway...they said to locate Firestorm files by using the finder...not going through the apps and other searches of the hard drive...once I did that...I deleted all of them, then dragged the app and anything else related tot he trash...emptied the trash rebooted, then downloaded a new copy of Firestorm...The app works perfectly..but that error message is bothersome. I am not sure what else to do to be rid of it...there is not a check box that allows me to uncheck to not see it again..it is not a Mac error message, but one from the Firestorm app itself.
