are there problems with yamaha musicCast, yamaha controller apps and ios 11.2.5

I have a Yamaha RX-A1070 and several Yamaha speakers, all bought within the last year. was using the Yamaha MusicCast app to sync speakers and the Yamaha Controller App to control my AV Receiver, the RX-A1070. Since I upgraded to iOS 11.2.5 they no longer work at all. I can't get the musicCast to finish a setup - it's as if it doesn't recognize the AV app, and the Controller app, completely eliminated my account from it upon the upgrade to 11.25.

Is anyone else have problems with this.

I have the same problem. Cannot complete configuration from iPhone X or iPad mini 4 but can if we use iPhone 6+

Have tried deleting the app and reinstalling it, still unable to complete configuration. Connecting to the MusicCast wifi works sometimes but still unable to complete the configuration. Very frustrating.

I have almost exactly the same problem. I've been trying to isolate the issue, between two new Yamaha receivers (RX-A1070 and RX V483), Orbi mesh, and 3 sets of Musicast speakers. Wow! What a nightmare. I was initially able to use Apple Play (there's no support for iTunes with Yamaha), but now the receivers and several speakers don't even show up on my iPad or iPhone. Any guesses?
