Magic Mouse and Bluetooth Keyboard not working

I have just installed Win 10 Pro on my MacBook. I cannot seem to get the Magic Mouse or the Bluetooth keyboard to work though. It says PAIRED in the Bluetooth configuration but does not connect.


This is the second Win 10 install today. First-time I followed the manual install of the boot camp tools, which then connected the mouse and keyboard intermittently. Kept losing connectivity and eventually the Win 10 would not boot. Removed and started again.

On the Windows side, under Device Manager, right click on the BT Adapter and check.
