Using my iPhone in a different region?

Hello!

I am using my iPhone with an AppleID in Hungary region but i want to use paypal to buy things in AppStore. Since my card is maestro which is not accepted in the store, it is my only solution to this problem (because PayPal is not supported in hungarian region yet). Will it be a problem if I use my iPhone in the UK region while I live in Hungary? I mean updating my current apps and etc.

And the most important question: is it legal?

Apps bought from one country's store can only be updated form that store. If you change your sotres region, those apps will not be able to be updated until you change back.

Also to use the U.K. store you will need to provide a payment method from the U.K, with a U.K billing address.

A Paypal account tied to a Hungarian payment method will not be accepted.

You can only use a store where you are. You must have a credit card and billing address in the country of the store you are using. Paypal is acceptable in some stores, but not all.

And is there any information when will maestro card will be accepted or when will the hungarian region get the PayPal? I am not able to buy things from AppStore..
