Why does my call log app not load up
Every so often, which it’s starting to happen more and more. My call log comes up but it is only a white screen. This was happening on my iPhone 7 Plus also.

There are a number of reasons your call log may load up to just a blank, white screen. Since it's happening frequently, I would recommend force closing your Phone app: How to force an app to close on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support , then restart the phone: Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support .
If the issue continues after doing the above, back up your device using How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support and restore the iOS software using the "Put your device in recovery mode and set it up again" section of If you can't update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support .
