strikking og stegteller

Hvorfor teller Apple watch steg når jeg sitter i en stol og strikker? Jeg har hørt om andre som opplever det samme.

Hi

It seems that your arm movements are being misinterpreted by your Apple Watch.

During general daily wear, Apple Watch interprets arm motion (measured by the built-in accelerometer) when estimating activity results.

Calibrating your Apple Watch may help to improve the accuracy various estimations made by the Activity app, by teaching your watch how your arm movements relate to stride lengths when walking or running.

More information and instructions are available via the link below, including for resetting existing calibration data and starting afresh. The process can be equally as helpful for Series 2 models and resetting calibration data will not erase your Activity history.
