With the latest iOS upgrade, I can no longer hide my Hot Spot from the phone my son has. Even if I have it turned off in settings, he can turn my hotspot back on from his iPhone and connect to it without my knowing. So, how do I turn it off so he can’t access it ?

This will happen if you are both using the same apple I'd All information will go to all apple devices with the same apple I'd.
If your son is 13 years old he can have his own apple I'd
