RE: Apple Configurator 2 Blueprint/waiting Apps

I prepared and supervised 5 iPad 2's and applied a blueprint that worked well on 20 other iPads and this group shows all apps have been applied but are dark and say "waiting" on the iPads. I called support and was told to let them continue to download bc the "wheel" was still spinning in the top R corner. This was to no avail, after several hours I am still waiting. Please advise.

Diagnostics repair help My iPad Pro has turned off and when I turn it back on it takes me to the diagnostics page. Once I follow the prompt to connect to wifi it brings me to a page that says to visit Apple.com/support. Which I can’t do, because If I exit the page it turns my iPad off again. How do I correct this problem? thank you for any help you can provide.
