Diagnostics repair help

My iPad Pro has turned off and when I turn it back on it takes me to the diagnostics page. Once I follow the prompt to connect to wifi it brings me to a page that says to visit Apple.com/support. Which I can’t do, because If I exit the page it turns my iPad off again.

How do I correct this problem?

Diagnostics mode i have an iPhone 8 that is stuck in this Diagnostics screen that i cant get out of. "Picture 1" i tapped "Start Diagnostics" and it tells me to select a WiFi and put the password… And then it says how can we help you? Get support and repair for your apple products. and there’s an exit diagnostics button.. "Picture 2" whenever i tap it it restarts my iPhone and then do the same thing all over again! please anyone help me! I bought a whole new iPhone because of this problem :(

iPhone System Diagnostics Issue I am trying to run a diagnostics check on my iPhone 14 Pro. Mainly I just want to explore this feature and get familiar with what the systems check looks like. Once booted into systems diagnostic mode I am prompted to connect to wifi and then once connected I get a message that says "Get support and repair for your apple products - Visit www.apple.com/support" and below that there is a button to exit and another icon with the I in a circle that leads to a the devices serial number. How come I can't run a diagnostic on the device myself, am I missing something?

My guess is the iPad had a hardware failure. Use another device, such as your phone, to go to the site and schedule an appointment for service.
