Diagnostics mode

i have an iPhone 8 that is stuck in this Diagnostics screen that i cant get out of. "Picture 1"

i tapped "Start Diagnostics" and it tells me to select a WiFi and put the password…

And then it says how can we help you? Get support and repair for your apple products.

and there’s an exit diagnostics button.. "Picture 2" whenever i tap it it restarts my iPhone and then do the same thing all over again!

please anyone help me!

I bought a whole new iPhone because of this problem :(
