Finder shows generic InDesign icon instead of thumbnail

Hi. In finder, my mac shows the generic InDesign icon instead of a thumbnail of my INDD file. Does anyone have a solution for this? It's driving me crazy. TIA!

If restarting your iMac does not help, run Disk Utility First Aid & restart your comp.
