My question is do you need to have an itunes giftcard to update apps? As well as are itunes giftcard available in Nigeria?

Updating apps does not require a payment method.
Mmmm, doesn't really tell me that I need to use money to update an app, which is the point of my question. I can only see that I don't need to have a payment method to get free apps or something along those lines.
