Heart rate information given I have an Apple Watch series 4. I was using a FitBit Versa and before that a FitBit Blaze. Both of those devices gave me current heart rates. My Apple Watch often says that my heart rate was 9 minutes ago or longer. When in activity mode sometimes the heart rate is grayed out. Is there a way to keep the heart rate more current? Thanks.
