LogixProX 10.3.3 Inactive Apple Loops

Hello.
I have reinstalled Logic Pro X 10.3.3 and I downloaded, installed and re-indexed the Sound Library with all sounds available. The option on the main menu is inactive so, I guess I have downloaded and installed all there is.

Still, there are Apple Loops inactive on the loop list. There is a down-arrow next to them but I cannot select, preview or interact with them in any way. Left and/or right click on the loop or the arrow has no effect.
Help needed ASAP. Thank you.

Hmm… that doesn't look correct.

Choose Logic Pro X > Sound Library > Open Sound Library Manager…

Open the Apple loops disclosure triangle and re-download the Deep House category.

Will that install some of the missing content?

I re-installed Deep House once more. This time it worked.
All loops are active.

Any ideas?
It looks like this whether I choose an instrument, genre or mood.
There are certain loops that are unavailable and left and/or right click won't do a thing.

I'll give it another shot and see what happens. Maybe the previous installation was interrupted of something. All the categories in the Sound Library Manager appear installed.
