Not able to open safari

This is my 3rd to help me fix a problem. I just purchased a new iPad Air2 and I love it. However I am unable to open safari. I keep getting the message unable to find the server. However I know that I am connected to the internet. Please h

Since this is a used iPad, you need to make sure the software up to date.

Tap Settings > General > Software Update

Do you have access to another network where you can try?

Try a restart.

Try a forced restart.

Reset Device

Reset – iPhone 7

Hard reset
