Sprint for Apple Watch series 3

I am having difficulty setting up my Apple Watch series 3 with Sprint cellular service. After logging into my Sprint account, there is an “Enablement Error” message. I’ve unpaired/paired my watch, removed International Roaming from my Sprint account, updated my phone and Apple Watch and there is still no cellular service. From what I’ve read online, this is a common problem with Sprint.


Any suggestions would be very much appreciated.

If you still need help, then I suggest that, in the first instance, you contact your carrier for assistance with using the built-in cellular feature.


If the issue persists, then, depending on your carrier's advice, I suggest that you next contact Apple Support (remote diagnostics and/or mail-in service may be available, if required), make a Genius Bar reservation or visit an Apple Authorised Service Provider for assistance:
