I have an iPhone 8 plus on Verizon. Phone calls are fine. I can put a call on hold, switch back and forth with no problem. As soon as I try to merge calls for a conference, it drops both calls. I’ve done every reset, pulled the sim card, Verizon has reset my phone from their end. After all that it may make one successful conference call, then back to dropping. Is anyone else experiencing this ? Thanks

Facing the same issue since days ... the update iOS 11.2 has been creating this trouble for long now. Can’t this be fixed ? I take official calls on merging calls and this has been upsetting a lot many a times. Despite of frequent restarts of the handset the problem still persists . Can the team pls help here ? This is an irritating probelem
I finally did a factory reset which fixed it for about a month and a half. It started dropping 3 way calls again. I called Verizon and they just sent me a new phone ( which I don’t believe to be the problem ) So we’ll see how long the new one lasts before it acts up again :/

I too am facing this issue on my Iphone X.
I have been facing issues with call merger on my Iphone X ever since the latest update got downloaded. The original caller gets dropped as soon as I press the call merge button. Have tried rebooting the device several times without any success. The call mergers used to work like a charm prior to this iOS update. Any help in this regard would be greatly appreciated.
