Trying to determine the accuracy of apple watch 3 (no cellular) when climbing stairs or running hills. What does apple watch define as a "flights climbed"? how many feet is it to one flight?

A flight of stairs is counted as around 3 meters / 10 feet of elevation gain, approximately 16 steps.
