I updated my phine to ios 11 but no screen recording button available why????

So my phone updated to the latest software update but the screen recording button doesn’t show up on the menu whyyyy?

iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 11.2.5

go to settings>control center>customize controls>select screen recording
