Icloud backup status unknown on devices

Having iPhone X, SE and an iPad Pro all synced with my account, i have turned on ICloud backup on all via iCloud . Even after having backup manually when I check the from Setting/iCloud my device are either “unknown “ or “-“ for iCloud backup but there is the correct date of backup just bellow. Is this a bug??

What should I see in my iCloud account to be sure my iPhone is backing up properly? My iPhone is set to backup automatically to iCloud. Where do I look in my online iCloud account to be sure there is in fact a backup and that the backup is recent?

If the above doesn't work, try a forced restart.

You are welcome. I don't backup to iCloud. I use iTunes to backup. Did you also reset the phones?
