best case scenario is siri would only work in english
worst case scenario is siri would not work at all (this is the case with siri on my appletv because my language is not supported siri is absent even though the appletv is setup to be english)
Other drawbacks are that you might get hit with additional import duties on top of any surcharge you'd pay for international shipping, and if something goes wrong it is really hard to get any redress in a different jurisdiction.
