Logic 10.4 lagging / freezing / Bouncing with lags

Hi, I upgraded my Logic to version 10.4 and it's horrible. I will not say anything about some major messy changes, but the biggest problem for me is, that It's lagging very often just at minimal load (e.g. 2 tracks playing at same time with some easy automation), but what it's much worse, it's also bouncing project with this lags!!!

I was like okay, when i play it in logic in actual project, it's lagging but whatever, when i bounce it to wav / mp3, it will process it okay, but it's not! When i play the track after, it's recorded with those lags! It didn't happened at all for me in previous version.

I would downgrade it to previous version, but of course, i don't have a backup, i'm still kinda new to Logic, i just found out, that i should have a backup, when i was googling, what's wrong with my new Logic...

Anyone experiencing the same problem, or possibly, have a solution or some information about this ? Is it going to be fixed by Logic company or something ? Can i even contact the support directly with my problems, or it's just this forum ?
