Let me re explain the problem.

I use the Finder to search for files and folders. I don’t want it to show me references to a 5 year old email content (from outlook).

I search my Outlook via the “Finder/Spotlight” located in the Outlook Search box.

What I would like is that when I search using Finder to see all results minus my outlook emails/messages.

Of course, I can always type –olk in Finder and this will eliminate all outlook messages. I use Finder many many many times a day and I was hoping that there would be an easier way.
