How to stop CleanMyMac popups?

I have pop-ups blocked, have cleaned my cache in Google-Firefox and Safari, I've gone thru and deleted any cookie I didn't recognize, and these ads still pop up all the time. If anything they've gotten more aggressive and hijack my screen! I'm sure I'm not the only one dealing with this, what to do? Older Macbook Pro running 10.11.6 if that makes any difference. Help! Thanks...

Popup blocker not working Hello everyone! I own a MacBook Pro 13" (bought 2014) macOS Sierra. I have been struggling to fix it on my own but I think I am unable. I don´t know how, the popup windows stop being blocked and every time I open a new window a random website popups (spam, ads, etc) without consent, despite that: Safari -> Preferences -> Websites -> Pop-up Window: ALL IS BLOCK. Pop-ups/Malware Hey, Can anyone assist me with preventing all these pop-ups on my MacBook Pro? It only started when I upgraded my laptop to BigSur. I have gone into the preferences and changed all those settings, but I still have a ton of pop-ups with opening Safari, Chrome, and Opera. Also, how the heck did Opera even get onto my laptop? Please in dire need of assistance because the non-stop pop-ups are driving me insane. Thank You

Unwanted pop-up ads Hi every time I use google chrome I get a lot of unwanted pop ups /ads i am trying to stop them. is there a way to do this and clean/check my MacBook for any viruses etc. ? [Re-Titled by Moderator]
