I have a pop-up at my iPhone. What is that?
Left in the top. It has no name, or what. I can Not delete it

That item stays there now for several days
Open the App Store. Click “Updates” on the lower right. Perhaps there you can learn what app is downloading/installing. You may be able to pause or restart it.
