Frustration
The iTunes banner will not close out of my lock screen no matter what I do. I’ve shut down all apps and browsers and it will not remove itself. How can I fix this?

Might some external device (e.g., a car stereo) be connected to your iPhone using Bluetooth and attempting to access the iPhone's music?
If so, try turning off the iPhone's Bluetooth or otherwise addressing this connection.

Tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings
See if that makes a difference.
Restart your phone. I believe I documented a similar issue in an earlier post.
Connect to your computer iTunes and do a restore.

Is the issue the same as the one here: Music Appearing on iPhone Lock Screen? Yes, I did link to my own post, but I just want to clarify that we're discussing the same issue.
I didn’t even think about the soft reset. Thank you for your advice.
No problem! Did that work?
Yes it sure did.
