How do I unlock my 5s to use with T-Mobile?
The phone hasn't been used as a cell phone in 2 years and was paid for, and I bought the 6s.
iPhone 5s, iOS 11.2.5
which carrier? Previous carrier ATT unlocks the phone or new carrier T-Mobile unlocks the phone?
Or can Apple unlock the phone?
I had ATT for previous service, now I paid for T-Mobile, but phone is telling me it is locked.
The carrier that iPhone 5s had service previously.
If it was AT&T then call AT&T to unlock.
Apple do not unlock iPhone.
If iPhone is carrier locked, then only that carrier can officially unlock and if you qualify.
You need to ask them.
