Apple Store App - Recommended Accesories feature not working with replacement devices

Hello, I received an iPad Pro replacement today. The device was replaced with a new factory unit (not for retail sale or a refurb) but used for for replacements.

I noticed when using the Apple Store App where I would normally see all compatible accessories for my three Apple devices, my iPhone, Apple Watch and iPad (with no issues) I am not receiving the following message -“At this time we’re unable to confirm compatibility for this device. Please try browsing by category to find what you’re interested in” - next to my replacement iPad.

I experienced the same issue before when replacing my Apple Watch Series 0, the error message never went away until I upgraded to a Series 3 and completely removed the Series 0 replacement from my iCloud profile.

Anyhow, I contacted Apple and a really nice and helpful Senior Adviser took notes and said he would send it up to the app engineers for further review and a fix. My question is if anyone else experiencing this and found a reason and solution!

This is not a critical issue, but more about functionality/Apple overall experience being limited with a replacement device. Thank you!

iPad Pro Wi-Fi + Cellular, iOS 11.2.5, null
