A message saying "There is another user logged onto your computer" comes up when I try to restart my computer. What's going on?
MacBook Air, macOS High Sierra (10.13.3)
Check System Preferences > Sharing. Are any Sharing services active?
Do you have more than one user account on your computer? Did somebody else stay logged in which you switched to your user area?
Alternatively I guess somebody could be remotely logged in but I don't really know enough about that to help much.
I only have my account and a guest account that I have never logged into.
Please post a screen shot of users and groups , is this a refurbished machine or are you the first owner .
