Output 1-2 going out to all the interface outputs

I'm using Mainstage 3 and a Scarlett Focusrite 6i6. I see all the outputs in Mainframe (1-2, 3-4, 5-6, and each mono)

The issue is that everything I send to output 1-2 goes out through all the focusrite interface outputs (1, 2, 3 and 4). If I send anything to Output 3-4, it doesn't go out in any of the output lines of the Focusrite.

Do you know what could be going on? I'd like to have my main mix in output 1-2 and the metronome in output 3-4, but this issur is keeping me from doing so.
