I saw that some others on this forum have had this problem too. please can you help?

What OS version are you using? Have you tried restarting/resetting the printer?

If you haven't done so already, try resetting the printing system.

You could try a driver from:

https://sourceforge.net/projects/gimp-print/

Have you given Dull a call? They have drivers so I assume they must support it.

Have a friend bring over a windows machine and see how it prints from windows. Will determine if the problem is likely the printer or the driver.

Hi. Yes I had already and reset switched on and off etc. before I posted on here. Still getting message on printer cancelling job message. Others on here I saw had same problems with their Dell C1760 colour laser printer and were advised that there was something missing? I think they said PP something. Printer is obviously seeing Printer but not printing.
